Founder and President of Help Save The Next Girl, Gil Harrington, travels to the deep rural bush beyond Ndola, Zambia, with Orphan Medical Network International (OMNI), to provide medical and humanitarian care to thousands of people every year. In 2014, Vice President of HSTNG, Jane Lillian Vance, embarked on her first trip with the team after spending years chronicling their stories in her paintings and book, The Africa Series.
